January 19, 2017 marks the eighth anniversary since establishment of the Belden Suzhou Plant, and on this day the largest Customer Experience Center was also grandly opened here for Belden in Asia-Pacific. After more than three months’ efforts and preparations, this new Customer Experience Center, which is the largest one for Belden across Asia, has been established by Belden Asia-Pacific. Mr. John Stroup, CEO of Belden, top management from the Belden headquarters as well as managements of Belden Asia-Pacific attended the opening ceremony. Near three hundred Belden partners from the Asia-Pacific region have also been invited as the guest of honor to witness this important moment for the Belden Suzhou Plant and to visit the newly built Customer Experience Center.
Belden Hirschmann Industries (Suzhou) Ltd., invested by Belden America, has the business address at No. 333, Yanhu Avenue, Huaqiao Town. With USD 59.96 million of total investment and USD 27.5 million of registered capital, it is the largest manufacturing facility around the globe by Belden, specializing in the research and development and manufacture of wires and cables such as connecting wire, coaxial cable, power cord, control cable, etc. Belden Suzhou Plant is also the one and only manufacturing facility that is able to produce cables, connectors and switches at the same time worldwide.
The new Customer Experience Center is situated at the reception hall of Belden Suzhou Plant, occupying 140 square meters of site area. The interior showroom, presented in blue and white colors, is divided into three sections - Belden History, Industrial Solution and Business Solution, which cover all products of Belden sub-brands and solutions for various fields such as industrial network security, data center, intelligent building, broadcast, audio and video, etc. The exterior showroom embraces exterior wall of the experience center, focusing on awards the Belden Group has ever received over the years, product certifications and localized products.
